All note cards, journals, tea towels, and aprons are shipped to you from our Massachusetts studio.
In-stock items ship via USPS or UPS within 1 to 3 business days - those are Monday through Friday for us :) - and orders received after 12pm are considered to have been placed on the next business day.
Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email reminding you of what good taste you have (that's right!), along with your order details.
You'll also receive an email with tracking information when your order ships, and another when it's out for delivery.
Orders for $75 or more receive free standard USPS shipping within the continental U.S.
Shipping for all other orders is billed at actual cost from USPS or UPS.
Please note that we do not provide expedited shipping on the same day an order is placed, and expedited shipping falls within our usual 1 to 3 day order shipping timeframe.
In the event that our studio is closed - which happens for vacation and some holidays - it will be noted in a banner at the top of this website, and will be reiterated in your confirmation email.
If, when the shop is closed, the timing of shipment for your order doesn't work for you, please reply to your confirmation email, and we'll arrange to refund your purchase once we've returned from vacation / holiday.
Please note that we will ship to select international destinations, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to determine whether we ship to your country. Shipping charges will be billed at actual cost from the shipping carrier, and any and all customs charges and / or VAT / tax is the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
We'll gladly accept returns for store credit within 10 days from the day your order is delivered to you. Please email us at email@example.com to arrange for the return of your order. Unfortunately, shipping charges cannot be refunded, and return shipping charges will be deducted from the store credit.
In the event of damage or defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and attach a photo of the damage or defect for review. If the product is found to be damaged or defective, we'll replace it for you free of charge.
